Stamped 37 (Assembly Production Number) at the bottom of inside movement case hinge and also behind inside hinge clasp of coin cover. Production Year: Based on bracelet style, movement type, and Piaget assembly numbering practices, this example is estimated to have been produced between 1973 and 1975. The internal assembly number ‘37’ corresponds to Piaget’s custom‑order build tracking used in the early–mid 1970s. While not a serial number, it is estimated to place this example within the first half of the production cycle for this model's configuration. Piaget did not publish production totals for coin watches. Surviving examples and auction records indicate that this dual‑cover 22K & 18K configuration is estimated to have been produced in fewer than 15–20 units, with approximately 8–12 known to survive.

The 1904 Liberty Head $20 Gold Coins were produced in huge numbers, nearly 12 million were made. This is the most for any single year during the Liberty Head $20 Gold Coin series. Remarkably, more than half of the 1904 $20 gold coins were made at the Philadelphia mint, which is uncommon given that the San Francisco mint more often struck the bulk of double eagles during any given year.

Even though the Liberty Head $20 Gold Coin was minted in such high numbers, the fact remains – far fewer coins exist today for coin collectors. It is recommended by today's Numismatic Coin Dealers for prospective purchasers to buy Liberty 1904 $20 gold coins.
