Perfect, Dainty and full of love

Selling a beautiful 14k rose gold engagement ring with a GIA certified Diamond. It has been appraised as having a retail value of $3500 and a resale value of $1600. The main center Diamond is a “squared modified brilliant” cut; color grade D, and clarity grade VS1. There seem to be a few very small scratches on the band but wonder if could be brushed out/smoothed out. The ring has an engraving on the inside the band (very small) that says "Joined by God and Love". It is a three stone setting with pave (I think) diamonds 3/4 down side of band.
