| Story | I recently purchased a ring from Ritani, but unfortunately, the emerald shape wasn’t for me. I initially wanted to exchange it, but I was informed that I am outside the 30-day return window. However, during a portion of that period, the ring was with Ritani for resizing, and I was not aware that the resizing time counted toward the return timeframe. As I’m unable to return/exchange, I wish to sell to be able to get a better fit ring for myself. |
