    • Story On New Year's Eve 2022, I proposed to my college sweetheart of 4 years in Paris beneath the Eiffel Tower. She said yes, and we immediately began planning our fairytale wedding to match the fairytale proposal. Unfortunately, she is in graduate school in NYC, 1,400 miles away from me, so we were forced to do long-distance for a few months prior to the engagement as well as ever since. Long story short, long-distance was too much for our relationship to handle. I got her the most beautiful and intricate-yet-elegant and dainty ring I could imagine, but now it has no home and I'd hate for such a stunning ring and gorgeous diamond to go wasted and unused.
