| Story | I bought this ring for myself after 20 years of marriage when my then husband saw no need to upgrade my wedding ring. My initial wedding ring was very small and he had traded his sister’s past engagement ring for it. I purchased my husband‘s wedding ring for more than he had paid for mine! It was a given, I thought, that at some point in the distant future, h would replace mine with one of adequate size and commemorate of his six-figure salary. At the time I was also a professional piano player and yearned for a suitable ring on my finger. After our 20th anniversary, with no hint of a ring from my husband, I decided to get one for myself. It wasn’t long after that my eyes were opened and I was aware of what type of man I had married. Other than resizing the ring, I didn’t end up wearing it. It has been in its case since then. It is a beautiful piece and I imagine someone will be very proud to wear it. Thanks for taking the time to look :-) |
