This cameo is made from genuine shell, is set in 14k yellow gold and features a real diamond in the carvings necklace! Similar Esemco cameos date back to the 1930s or earlier so it’s possible it’s Victorian. Its dimensions are about 1.75” by 1” and can be used as a pendant with only adding a chain!
